Cheescake Buondolce Strawberry_2020

For the base

  • 20 snacks FREDDI Buondolce Strawberry
  • 500 gr digestive biscuits
  • 200 gr butter
  • 4 spoons milk
  • 1/2 vanilla flavoring

For the cream and decoration

  • 400 gr mascarpone
  • 400 gr sweetened whipping cream
  • 1/2 vanilla flavoring
  • 40 g vanilla icing sugar
  • 10 g gelatin sheets
  • 20 gr milk
  • strawberries, mint, whipped cream to taste
  • chocolate chips to taste
How to prepare?

Line a 27 X 17.5 cm rectangular mold with plastic wrap.

Arrange the Freddi Buondolce Strawberry snacks all around the edge of the mold.

Chop the biscuits and mix them together with the melted butter, the 4 spoons of milk and the vanilla flavor.


Pour in the biscuit mixture and compact well.

Soak the gelatin for about 10 minutes in cold water, squeeze it and dissolve it in hot milk for a few seconds in the microwave.


Whip the cream with the mascarpone, the icing sugar and the vanilla flavor, add the cold or slightly warm gelatin and mix together.

Spill half of the cream inside, distribute a little bit of strawberries and chocolate chips over it.

Cover with the remaining cream and level.


Put a spoonful of whipped cream in a piping bag with a star nozzle and make some tufts here and there around near the snacks and in the center, or decorate as you like.

Spread over other chocolate chips, decorate with strawberries and mint leaves.

Keep in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight, remove the ring and serve.
