Cheescake Dolcetto Lactose Free_2020

  • 8 snacks FREDDI Dolcetto Strawberry
  •  300 gr fresh lactose-free spreadable cheese
  •  50 g vanilla icing sugar
  •  5 g gelatin sheets
  •  200 gr sweetened vegetable whipping cream + 100 gr for decoration
  • mint leaves for decoration
How to prepare?

First, line a mold of approx. 16.5 cm with plastic wrap.

Prepare the bottom cutting the Freddi Dolcetto Strawberry snacks to the diameter of the mold and keep aside.

Put the gelatin in cold water for 5-10 minutes.


Drain the water and without wringing it, put it to melt in the microwave for 8-10 seconds or until it is dissolved.

Work the cheese with the electric whisk together with the icing sugar for a few seconds.

Add the cream whipping to obtain a well whipped cream.


Add the gelatin, whip again to mix it.

Spill the cream in the previously prepared mold, level and cover with the Freddi Dolcetto Strawberry snacks cut in a circle.

Cover with film that exceedand keep in the fridge for a couple of hours.


Whip the remaining cream and put it in a piping bag with the flower nozzle or whatever you prefer and keep in the fridge for about 2 hours.

After the time, turn the cheesecake on a tray, decorate with some nice bows of cream, with small pieces of Freddi Dolcetto Strawberry and mint leaves.

Place in a 'cake holder' and keep in the fridge until ready to serve, but not before another two hours of rest. Better if you prepare the day before.
