In a bowl, crumble the Freddi Docetto Vanilla snacks and create a soft dough by combining the other ingredients.
Sprinkle a pastry board with flour and compact the dough.
Make the cookies of the desired shape and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Brush them with water to remove excess flour and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
(they must not cook, but compact and remain soft).
Once cold, glaze with melted chocolate in a bain-marie and decorate as desired.
