First prepare the vanilla pudding according to the instructions found on the packaging. In my case I added 40 g of sugar, a packet and a half liter of milk.
Set aside to cool and begin to prepare the pastry. Knead all ingredients quickly, and with the help of plastic wrap or parchment paper, roll out the pastry on the bottom of the mold, if too soft place it in the fridge for half an hour.
Prepare the Quark cream. Pour into a bowl the Quark, half of the pudding ready and cold, half of pudding packet, sugar, egg yolk and beat with electric whisk to mix well. Pour the cream into the pastry and prepare the cream pudding.
In the same bowl (no need to wash) pour the remaining pudding ready, the other half of the pudding packet, sugar, egg yolks and the soft butter, and beat with the whisk.
Whip the egg whites until stiff and stir in the cream with movements from the bottom up not to flat it. Pour the mixture over the Quark cream spreading it evenly.
Put in oven at 170 ° C for 75-80 minutes.
Remove the cake from the oven and let cool in the mold (preferably one hinged). Leave in the fridge for half a day.
Proceed to decorate it like this: with an adjustable circle cut the center of the cake, I got a diameter of 17 cm and I used 7 snacks.
Divide the snacks in half, take the top with frosting wave (eat the part below, is very good) spread well the Freddi Buondolce Orange-Carrot snacks filling, so that it adheres well on the circumference of the cake, press a bit, sprinkle the powdered sugar and decorate as desired with sugar paste flowers or something.
