1 pack of FREDDI Dolcetto Apricot
250-300 gr. whipping soy cream with sugar
about 350 gr. apricots without stones + others for decoration
50 gr sugar (also depends on how sweet the apricots are)
mint for decoration
First blend the apricots together with the sugar using an immersion blender directly in the saucepan.
Put the saucepan on the heat and cook over low heat because it will splash everywhere, for about ten minutes, stirring often and adding a sprig of mint. Allow to cool.
Whip the cream and put it in a pastry bag with the nozzle (shaped as you prefer), I used a flower shaped.
Prepare 6 transparent glasses so you can see the content inside.
Unwrap the Freddi Dolcetto Apricot snacks, cut in half on the long and then in 4 parts making some little squares.
Put 1-2 tablespoons of apricot sauce on the bottom of the glass, cover with squares, about 1 snack per glass.
With the pastry bag put some whipped cream and decorate with a few cubes of snack, apricot slices and mint leaves.
Keep cool for at least an hour and serve!
