250 g mascarpone
5 tablespoons of sugar (100 gr. approximately)

First mount the 3 egg whites until very stiff, separately whip the egg yolks with the sugar until you get a nice mixture light and smooth.
Add the mascarpone and continue beating, when all will be well amalgamated included whites and stir gently with a spatula from the bottom up.
Wash and cut into round slices strawberries.
Open in half Freddi Dolcetto and start layering:
Cream, Freddi Dolcetto, strawberries and cream again.
As a final garnish cut a snack FREDDI Buondolce Strawberry & yogurt keeping up the elegant ripples and add sweetened strawberries to get a
beautiful frosted effect!
