2 FREDDI Dolcetto Dark
200 g flour 00
125 ml vanilla yogurt
50 g of sugar
5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
4 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 tablespoons of dark chocolate flakes
1 packet of baking powder
1/5 vanilla bean
Cut the Freddi Dolcetto Dark snacks into small cubes and set aside for the moment. Pour the yogurt and olive oil in a large bowl.
Add the eggs and stir with a hand whisk. Gradually add sugar, flour and baking powder and mix all ingredients well. Finally add small cubes of Freddi Dolcetto Dark to the mixture and gently stir the whole thing.
Pour the mixture into paper cups for muffins and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. Check the cooking with a toothpick.
When the cakes have cooled, you can decorate them with a simple sugar glaze that is obtained by melting the powdered sugar with a little hot water. Decorate with slivers of dark chocolate, even if they are tempting with nothing ... what do you think?
