Vanilla tender heart dessert_2014
  • 1 liter of whole milk
  • 3 eggs and 2 egg yolks
  • 140 g of sugar
  • 100 g of potato starch
  • a vanilla pod
  • 6 snacks FREDDI Dolcetto Cocoa
  • cocoa as needed for garnish
How to prepare?

Put the milk in a saucepan with the vanilla pod and let it warm up to almost a boil, remove from heat. Meanwhile, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is smooth and fluffy, stir in the potato starch with the egg and sugar, slowly add the milk and mix well with a whisk.


Bring to the stove and cook for a few minutes after the boil, until you get the desired consistency. Take a mold for zuccotto and fill it with diced Freddi Dolcetto Cocoa snacks, finally add the pudding when it has cooled.



Chill for at least 6/8 hour. Garnish with cocoa before serving.

Your guests will be pleasantly surprised by a cake that has so much goodness and is so simple to make, you only need a few minutes of work.
